Factory Tour - Forming
Moulding & Forming
In this pivotal stage, molten glass is transformed into precise shapes using either advanced machinery or traditional artisanal techniques.
Manual Craftsmanship
Blowing: Artisans use alloy blowpipes to rotate and inflate glass within molds—essential for premium bottles, jars, and stemware.
Drawing: Molten bubbles are extended and shaped to create uniform tubes and rods.
Pressing: Precise amounts of glass are sheared into molds and compressed to form functional items like plates and cups.
Lampworking: Using high-heat oxygen torches, colorful glass rods are meticulously sculpted with hand tools. This technique produces exquisite jewelry and ornaments noted for their vibrant detail and clarity.
