Melting & Refining

This is the foundational stage where raw materials are transformed.

Process: Raw materials are melted and refined in a furnace to create pure, molten glass.

Purpose: This process eliminates impurities and bubbles, ensuring a homogeneous mixture ready for shaping.

Coloring: Specific metal oxides are introduced during this stage to impart desired colors to the glass.
